Comunicazione orari meeting Bastia
Alle spettabili società partecipanti al 7° Trofeo Città di bastia.
Vogliamo prima di tutto ringraziare sentitamente tutte le società che hanno deciso di onorarci con la loro presenza e assicurarle che faremo di tutto per rendere questo nostro appuntamento il più gradevole e più efficiente possibile.
In quest’ottica, all’approssimarsi dell’inizio della manifestazione, vogliamo fornire alcune informazioni al fine di rendere più scorrevole lo svolgersi delle gare.
Vi rendiamo quindi noto il calendario delle fasi di riscaldamento per ogni sessione di gara, precisandovi che l’unico cambiamento di orario riguarda il posticipo dell’inizio delle gare di sabato mattina alle ore 10.
Quindi riepilogando le attività in vasca saranno articolate come segue:

Una informazione di natura organizzativa riguarda l’utilizzo delle docce e dei phon che in questa piscina, la cui gestione materiale è di competenza di altra Società, avviene a pagamento, attraverso l’utilizzo di crediti (€ 0.20 cadauno) fruibili attraverso una schedina magnetica. La nostra società si assumerà questo onere fornendo gratuitamente un numero di schede magnetiche e di crediti proporzionato alle presenze di ogni squadra, al momento dell’accredito. L’unica incombenza a carico delle società sarà che, per garantire il recupero materiale di ogni scheda, verrà chiesta una cauzione che sarà rimborsata alla momento della restituzione delle stesse.
